Hi, I'm Kevin Grace and I'm the owner of Grace Builders. Thanks for checking out my website and for your interest in our company.

When we first opened for business in March of 2000, I decided that our focus would be toward providing high quality results and ensuring good working relationships with all of our clients. I also decided that the best way to accomplish this would be to maintain a "hands on" approach to all projects, and to forego the "bigger is better" attitude that so many of my competitors employ.

Today, I am proud to say that our reputation has been built entirely upon a foundation of providing excellent workmanship and top notch customer services. This is evident in the way our business has grown.

Since we first opened our doors, our focus has been on providing homeowners with professional building and remodeling services for finished basements and custom decks. While these continue to be our primary service offerings, much of our business is now actually derived from existing customers who ask us to build their new addition, or renovate their bathrooms, or makeover their kitchen. It's these additional projects that prove our business model is indeed working.
